I was disatisfied with the mod actions that had taken place. I had two options:
a) go silently
b) post a notice of my departure and reasons in the hope that it might be a catalyst for change.

Hopefully I'll get banned, and won't be able to post here anymore. It's much easier than flouncing. Flouncing requires too much self-control.

Ok, I'm sure you have your reasons.
There is an easier way, simply elect to change your password, then ask a friend to choose something and not tell you what it is
Your access is gone, no self control needed, no temptation and no need for a drama

I was going to suggest that, unfortunately if memory serves me correctly, the new password needs to be written in separately twice, which kinda negates your own ability to do it for yourself

Copy paste works for that. Only slight issue is the email retrieval option... but maybe i'll manage not to use it
