There are some tasty clashes here. The Leinster game in particular looks like a must watch. Although I will be down Parc Y OneEyed watching the Scarlets decimate Cardiff (again). The Ospreys have a tough task visiting Ulster and the Dragons might have trouble in Italy.

I hope we have a strong team for that italy trip. Its a good sign of where we are if we can get a win out there, but a bad loss would be very demoralising.

If you send anything but a full strength side it will be difficult.

They're are a tidy side at home so yes it will need to be a strong side. I hope Dai Flan is targeting games like this so we can reasonably get some wins.

10 changes from last week. Not our strongest team which makes me slightly nervous, but pleased to see Wainwright get a start.

Definitely a weaker starting 15 although Roberts, Moriarty and Basham are on the bench. Will definitely miss Tomkinson and Rowlands

Think odds are against the Ospreys big time. It’s always a difficult trip to Ravenhill, and they’ve left a few of the big names out. On the flip side the likes of Rhys Davies and Will Griffiths get a start, both have looked good.

Ospreys are scrapping after a bad start but that’s a third try for Ulster. They have Duane Vermeulen at 8, which doesn’t seem fair !

Ulster look like they are having a contested training session at times. Ospreys kick the ball back to them which is followed by lots of phases with Ulster players gaining ground.

As you say Walley, Ospreys have rested a lot of their best players but this is hard to watch.

So that was a bit of a video nasty in Ulster, but the Ospreys kept trying to the end. But they were clearly second beat across most positions and as a team. Ulster looked more precise for the most part and far more dangerous with ball in hand.

On the plus side Morgan Morris had some great carries and well deserved his try at the end.

Not a great day for the regions again

So once again we are relying on the dragons for a win. Heaven help us.

I get coaches saving their strongest teams for home games but if losing becomes a habit then they will struggle to win at all

At reduced strength, the Ospreys didn't have the muscle to stop Ulster's attack. They just had to get into our 22 and a try would inevitably follow. Morris had a good game but we missed Lydiate's tackling (and AWJ's etc).

Didn’t get one today. No lack of effort from the Dragons once they went behind but a convincing win for Benetton who played really well. Better attacking play from them than any of the regions this weekend

Too many changes to that Dragons team and Benetton are a decent side.

At least Drsgons are looking like they want to be on the pitch which is an improvement but we have so very little depth.

Riveting first 20 minutes at the Liberty. Conditions aren’t helping in all fairness

Good last 20 minutes of the first half from the Ospreys, pack are right on top. They have messed up what looked like 2 nailed on tries though and go in 6-3 down. Great chance of winning if they can stay on top up front.

Change of front row for the Stormers - Kitshoff is a world class replacement to bring on, but it’s Brok Harris on the tight head, how old is he ?

Aargh. Ospreys finally get it to 6-6 and then the Stormers get a cracking try running loose ball back from their own half. 6-13 with 25 to go, looks a big ask in this weather. Ospreys had defended superbly up til then

9-13 with 12 to go. Ospreys need a try, doesn’t look likely at present but they should have scored one of their 2 in the first half

Crap exit, penalty Stormers. 9-16. Rain is really coming down, they’ll be lining the local wildlife up 2 by 2 I reckon, just in case
