Wonder if all those teams have nicknames and, if so, what they are. The New Zealand team were, almost inevitably, known as the Iron Blacks. Not sure if they're still up and running.

According to Wiki, changed to Steel Blacks. Think I preferred Iron Blacks

Turkey has a team as well, which is not surprising, given about 60 high schools and universities apparently have teams across this nation.
