I see Manu's latest return to action is going well then...

Luckily Leicester have some easy fixtures lined up, away to Wasps, the two matches against Munster, and then home to Sarries before being away to Exeter.

Wouldn’t be wholly surprised to see Manu in the 23 shirt come game day.

Leaving aside the Manu no show it is nice to see Evans getting a start and Willis on the Wasps bench. Plus Cips to start.

I'd assumed that tactic had left with Cockerill

Last 2 games we have had late changes.
Good to see Evans getting a run of games started v Sale and played 40 mins v Wuss.

Daly on the wing, which isn't that common for Wasps

Hoping it's just about giving Josh Bassett a bit of a break, and trying to get some more gametime for JDJ, rather than a sign that Bassett is actually off.

Agreed. Both have looked really promising when they’ve had opportunities to play.
With key players returning, Wasps look a lot more threatening,
Leicester are terrible for players dropping out. Last week Barrow was on the team sheet on Friday despite having been ruled out on the Wednesday.

To be fair, the statement from Leicester was that Manu "would be in contention for a place in the Wasps game." I'm not hugely concerned that they're not just lobbing him in as soon as he's available.

Whilst I'm glad LOL isn't doing this game, Kay is, might have been nice to have LOL to balance it a bit.

When is Le Roux'scontract up? Any chance he could just piss off a bit early?

Wally le Roux strikes again. He was looking to do something stupid the whole game.
Not sure Wasps really deserved to win that. Holmes looked impressive again for Leics, Wasps oldboy.

I think a draw would’ve been the fair result. Very entertaining for the neutral.
Le Roux makes too many blunders for a man on his salary.

Great game of rugby, really enjoyable. I thought Dan Robson was class. He must be worthy of being 3rd choice England scrumhalf, he’d at least be a handful off the bench if Youngs or Care weren’t fit.

Haven't seen this game yet, but would also be accurate for every wasps game I've seen this season

Loved the game. Great entertainment. Robson and Cipriani were way ahead of Youngs and Ford, IMO. Cipriani has good feet and uses them. Ford might have hands as good in theory but he is too static and too inclined to kick. One or two kicks were gems but others just gifted possession to Wasps. Did he try one single break? He CAN do it so why doesn't he? He is the most frustrating player of his era. HE should be dictating but he got a real lesson from his opposite number who has hardly played.

Thought Youngs and especially Ford were both excellent actually. Tigers can’t play like Wasps do, so they don’t try to.

All round really good, competitive game between 2 well matched sides. Enjoyed it.
Le Roux did stand out. Amongst so many good performances his was notably poor.
