I'm not worried about TH. The opposite man - Scott Sio is average, just as internationally inexperienced and I believe Ragnar will deal with him no problem.

Does anyone know how many tickets we've shifted so far? Would be good to see a big crowd.

I think Sion is decent actually but yeah I think Fagerson's should be fine Three tests would be a big ask though

Pyrgos really isn't worth a punt? Sounds from that article about Fagerson that Ford is definitely keeping his starting spot too. More understandable with so little experience at the front I guess.Big D wrote:I'd go with:

Anyone know when the team is meant to be announced? I'd love to see Two Times Jonny Barclay but I think at least 1 Wilson will get the nod, not sure why.

I like that. Two changes I'd make would possibly be Hardie for Barclay and Visser for Maitland. I like Bennett too but am interested to see Jones playBig D wrote:I'd go with:

Re: Name your AI Training Squad
How has Barclays form been for Scarlets? Backrow looks pretty thin to me so I wouldn't be that surprised to see us go with a Watson/Hardie combo despite it not happening for Edinburgh. Gray jr in the locks might let you get away with that and Watson's best attribute is his carrying. We're really short of a number 8.
Can't pick Jones as I've hardly seen him play so Bennett keeps the shirt for me. Interested to see what he's got though.
Having Horne in the 23 gives you flexibility to I'm keen to see a back 3 player get the final bench slot.

Yeah, the argument against two sevens is normally that it leaves you light on ball carriers. I'd argue this doesn't really come into play when we are talking about Barclay (even if he is more established at 6/8 than the others) especially if the competition is watsonswitchskier wrote:How has Barclays form been for Scarlets? Bennett hasn't had the shirt since he was dropped for form reasons in the 6N IIRC. But can see the logic in playing him with Dunbar.switchskier wrote:How has Barclays form been for Scarlets? Not sure why he was released for Saturdays game though.

Lacey once is bad enough but McDowell with our history of him calling imaginary offences now in charge of the TMO microphone (twice) might be too much to standsharvey44 wrote:Scotland v Australia

My memory may be playing tricks on me but I am sure Ally Hogg scored a try tip toeing down the line and that arsehole gave him as in touch when he wasn't. IIRC the TMO back then on dealt with issues in the act of scoring.hp18 wrote:I'm not familiar with that one.Big D wrote:I've not forgiven him for the A Hogg "try" in Paris years ago.af73 wrote:
