The trouble is Dubois has only had 5 fights and has just turned 20, because he's knocking everyone out at the moment it's difficult to see how good he really is, they are trying to bring him along slowly and this was an area level fight, I fancy him fighting for the British title after his next bout.

Anthony Yarde was very good again, the comparisons to Nigel Benn seem justifiable.

The Golovkin v Canelo fight was great to watch as expected, shame about the woeful scoring, I had Golovkin by 4 rounds, tho could see if some though it slightly closer, definitely not a Canelo win by any stretch of the imagination.

Luke Campbell was outclassed by Linares, Linares won the first 6 rounds scoring a knockdown in the second, how Victor Laughlin scored the fight to Campbell is concerning, to be fair top Campbell I has him winning rounds 7,8 and 9, and he showed courage against and Elite level fighter so no real loss of face, it's a shame to think that he reckons he outclassed him tho as that certainly wasn't the case.

Haven't seen the Fury fight, neither of the two should be anywhere near a World title.

I forgot about Callum Smith, he fought well, tho looked a little rusty against a good opponent in Skoglund.

He will likely face Jurgen Baemer next and the other semi final looks set to be Eubank v Groves, I would imagine that Callum should reach the final, I'm not sure about Eubank v Groves, I'm edging towards Eubank in that one.

Yup . I'd back Eubank in this one . Like his old man tho', so fking hard to like . At least the old man had some respect for his opponents , not this one .

I only give Groves a slight edge I think it will be close. Jnr was good in his last fight, but I couldn't determine whether Jnr was that good or AA that shot and decided it was a bit of both. AA has a lot of miles on his clock, since losing to Ward in 2011 in 17 fights he has went the distance 12 times and IMO no longer has it at the top level. He also doesn't have the power anymore even if he did land.

Groves, is around the age he should be in his prime, decent boxing skills and does have some reasonable power when he lands so is a different prospect to what Jnr has seen at SMW. I also think that McGuigan is a decent trainer who will game plan fairly well for Jnr and see Groves fight to a plan that will be a test that Jnr hasn't had before.

It'll be a close fight either way I think, have you seen anything of Braemers opponent Rob Brant, he doesn't seem to have fought anyone of any note but has an unbeaten record.

It's a shame that they seem to have filled this tournament out with some fighters of lesser ilk, I'm not sure why Badou Jack or DeGale aren't in it really.

Andrew Selby fights on Channel 5 tomorrow night in a final WBC title eliminator, he's fighting a Mexican so he could be in for a hard night.

Crolla and Burns are fighting also in Manchester, Crolla should win that won I should think.

Eubank Jr fights the unknown Turkish bloke, I can't see any surprises there.

Crolla wins on points . Unanimous decision .

Eubank stops Turk in third having floored him in the first . Sets up nice bout should Groves win his scrap in same comp .

Eubank v Groves is one I'd like to see . Be interesting how the bookies judge it . I'm thinking that Eubank may have too much power and tho' may not stop Groves , his power could have a tiring overpowering affect . Good match up however .

Don't know if there is any truth in what Eubank is saying about plenty of opponents ducking him . Bit of the old mans arrogance and then some more .

I agree, would expect a later round stoppage. Taylor hasn't been past 8 iirc so Burns would be a decent opponent in that regard.

I is confused . After Tyson Fury's refusal of a boxing licence and his subsequent announcement of retirement (again ) , according to BT Sports news Fury has announced three fights for next year , culminating in a final match up with Joshua .

I know the guys erratic but who would put money on this happening .

Aye, Cox started out at Light Middleweight and doesn't look anywhere near big enough for Super Middleweight.

Billy Joe Saunders is set to fight David Lemieux in Canada Dec 16th, this could be his fiercest opponent yet and should give a good indication of how close to the Golovkin/Canelo standard he is.

Lemieux went 8 rounds with Golovkin, I can't see Saunders stopping him, I'm not even sure Saunders will win.

Not impressed by Joyce at all in that fight.

I watched Ryan Burnett on Saturday night, the judges scorecards were ridiculous but he did enough to win it and take his second world title.

Josh Warrington won to setup a fight with Lee Selby next year.

Josh Kelly looked good beating the Mexican Champion in only his 4th fight, albeit with a premature stoppage.

Didn't see the Joe Joyce fight but what I can remember from the amateurs is that he is quite a slow boxer so nothing to see there.

Ormond was robbed by the judges in his fight with Hyland Jr in what was essentially a domestic level contest.

I've ordered the Joshua PPV fight this weekend.

My thoughts on the fight are that Joshua will win within 2-4 rounds, Takam is stating he'll need to work Joshua's body as well as his head, with the height difference I can't see him getting that close.

The undercard is pretty tidy:

Dillian Whyte v Robert Helenius (WBC silver heavyweight)
Katie Taylor v Anahi Esther (WBA lightweight)
Frank Buglioni v Craig Richards (British light-heavyweight)

Joshua Buatsi v Saidou Sall (6x3min rounds light-heavyweight)
Lawrence Okolie v Adam Williams (6x3min rounds cruiserweight)

I'm looking forward to seeing Joe Cordina in action, he's looked like a good prospect in the fights I've seen so far.

I would say the only fights likely to go the distance on the undercard would be Katie Taylor, Kal Yafai and Dave Allen so should be a good nights entertainment.
