Evolution of the Tea Party Mark V:

https://www.thedailybeast.com/roger-sto ... e-majority

The Committee for American Sovereignty is the name of a political group that, along with a sister nonprofit group, was set up in 2016 as a vehicle for prominent pro-Trump operatives—most notably Stone and former Blackwater chief Erik Prince—to attempt to suppress the Black vote by amplifying claims that Bill Clinton had an illegitimate biracial son. It’s been mostly quiet since then. The PAC’s recent filings with the Federal Election Commission disclose nothing but outstanding federal and state tax liabilities, and its new effort in Georgia doesn’t appear to have received much pickup yet.

If we can do this, we have a real chance at getting these RINO senators to act on the illegitimate and corrupt election presided over by a Democrat party that is invested in the Communist takeover of Our Great Nation,” the group wrote on its new website, writeintrumpforgeorgiasenate.com. “We will not stop fighting for you, the American Patriot, against the evils of Socialism and inferior Religions.

Socialism and inferior religions. That is right on the cusp of full Klan.

If the pardon is accepted then it's classified as an admission of guilt.
Which means he no longer gets to plead the 5th
Which means he could (potentially) be forced to testify in court / congress.

Bacon and pineapple?

N.b.: they offered me waffles with the above toppings. I asked for rib eye stake and smashed potatoes instead.

The End.

So after Trump told the press the Justice department was missing in action, that Barr has responded telling the press himself that “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election". Which itself is a shitty comment from Barr as it allows some wriggle room interpretation that they have found stuff, albeit not quite actionable, and they might fine more. Still, Barr, will have the nutters, whether Family Trump or its supporters, baying for his blood for not going far enough in denying reality

Really the update so far is Trump, well nutters donating to Trump's legal fund, have spent $3 million to increase Biden's lead in Wisconsin. And Trump has some astonishingly bad lawyers advocating some astonishingly bad legal interpretations

Think how many small businesses could have been supported to pay their employees with that money. Indulging a fat man that watches TV all day and shelling out for the most inept legal minds in the Milky Way all just to hold onto the senate so they can play fiscal hawks and attack social welfare for four years after spunking trillions (pre-pandemic) on things like a fence, an obscene amount of military nonsense, golf weekends, and corporate tax cuts. It's beyond comical. Personally, I like to be kissed before I'm fucked but these wankers just line up their electorate for full dry penetration. Have you seen the calibre of the cretinous legumes being harvested for this legal master class? Fuck. If this is an insight into the machinery of government over the last 4 years then jebus help us.

After spending some time reading about Krakens I was mostly left with the idea that if Trumps legal team, the Elite Strike Force (ESF), put out the following it wouldn't be the weirdest thing they've said:

This is Radio Freedom
ESF! Aha aha aha aha
ESF! Aha aha
ESF is gonna rock ya
(Are you ready?)
(Ancients of Mu Mu)
(Here we go)
(Ancients of Mu Mu)
ESF is gonna rock ya
(Are you ready?)
(Ancients of Mu Mu)
ESF ESF is gonna rock ya
Eternal
(Ancients of Mu Mu)
ESF!
(Are you ready?)
Aha aha aha aha
(Ancients of Mu Mu)
Eternal
ESF is gonna rock ya 'cause you
Have to
Move to the flow of the P.D. Blaster
Bass ballistics
I'm gonna kick this hard
And you can catch it
Down with the crew crew
Talking 'bout the Mu Mu
Justified Ancient Liberation Zulu
Got to teach and everything you learn
Will point to the fact that time is eternal

And actually the part about the Justified Ancient Liberation Zulu would tie in nicely with some of the ramblings of Paula White, and the talk about the Mu Mu would present a chance for Devin Nunes to once again to come to the fore, and who wouldn't want to hear from Devin?

Satire doesn’t work if both the actors and the writers show no restraint, no subtlety or make it too obvious that they’re trying to be funny.

I guess this is a glitch in the matrix or something.

At what point does one get prosecuted for a coup? Or even for adding more than a million Covid cases a week whilst refusing to address the Covid issue? Assuming one doesn't count saying a problem is over as being synonymous with a problem actually being over no matter the reality

Work shy fucker has just completely gone missing. Not even trying now. He did sign an executive order to prioritise vaccine distribution to 'Murrica, clearly forgetting he passed up the chance to commit to a Pfizer product in the summer and that the vaccine was engineered by a German company funded by the German government, with Pfizer essentially a licencee for proprietary technology. Oh yeah, it's being manufactured in Belgium.

I was being slightly serious, he does of course get access to the courts to present actual legal challenges to the election results that saw the GOP outperform expected results in just about every race but Trump's. But he doesn't have the right to put pressure on those appointing electoral college voters or to just declare he's won, just because he's bad at stuff and this also bad at enacting a coup doesn't mean this isn't a coup and prosecution shouldn't follow

It's creaking, but hasn't buckled yet. The past few decades have seen executive over reach increase unchecked and having an individual such as Trump as the head of that branch has really emphasized this. There doesn't appear to be a clear path to act on this within the framework of the constitution. I agree with you that having incompetence as the one saving grace is not ideal. It's something that needs sorting out. Good luck with that.
