She's promoting a new ad campaign supposedly helping those unemployed (possibly newly unemployed by Trump/Covid) which relies on the rather splendid advice to merely 'Find Something New'
Don't leap back into the first employment you can find, just to pay the rent, take some time and rely on your family's wealth and your trust fund to really reassess your life and decide what career is best for you! Maybe look at using some of your spare cash to start a new business venture! Get creative! Find something New!

or the flip side, you used to earn $70k with a decent package of benefits including health, but now you can only find work at min. wage in an Amazon dream fulfilment centre, but don't worry, you're trying something new, and then find another couple of other something news because on your salary it's a choice between rent/mortgage and food
and I guess if we think about it homelessness is only something new
actually the scale of those about to be homeless is breathtaking, and the federal government should have something to say about jobs to try and prevent that being a problem for as many as possible and then something to say about actually getting people back on their feet where it does result. just not this sort of trite crap that is utterly divorced from reality and empathy
it's possible the Trump campaign watched the Prince Andrew interview with the BBC and looked at a fat old man say he wouldn't have had sex with a young girl because he doesn't sweat and once went to a pizza outlet in Woking and thought that's the man to put in charge of our messaging, just tone deaf
